1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BaliMarket (balimarket.id), you agree to these terms. BaliMarket is an online classifieds marketplace connecting buyers and sellers in Bali, Indonesia.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person, one account.

3. Listings

You may only list items or services you are authorized to sell. Prohibited items include: illegal goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit items, and any items prohibited by Indonesian law. Listings expire after 60 days and may be renewed. BaliMarket reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Transactions

BaliMarket is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction. All purchases are made directly between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

5. User Conduct

Users must not: post false or misleading listings, harass other users, attempt to manipulate reviews, use the platform for spam or scams, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Content

By posting content (listings, images, reviews), you grant BaliMarket a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

BaliMarket is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
