💼 VACANCY: INBOUND REQUEST PROCESSING MANAGER | remote

We are looking for a communicative and goal-oriented person to join the team, limited recruitment.

Experience is not required — we provide full training and support at the start.

🏠 Format: fully remote

📅 Schedule: 5/2, 8-18

💰 Fixed salary: from 800$ (+KPI)

📈 Income from 1500$ from the first month

Salary payments 2 times a month

📌 What you will be doing:

• Process inbound/outbound calls and client inquiries
• Work with interested clients and maintain communication
• Maintain a client base and record results in CRM
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Provide reporting on work results

👤 Who we are looking for:

• Confident Russian language — level C1
• Competent and well-delivered speech
• Good communication skills
• Ability to hear the client and understand their needs
• Focus on results and desire to develop in sales

💻 For work you need:

• Computer or laptop
• Stable internet
• Headset with a working microphone
• Ability to work full day
