6. Bring flammable items/pets

7. Smoke in air-conditioned rooms

8. Dispose of food waste into the sink drain

9. *If there is damage to electronics, furniture, small shower, etc., inform the owner for early maintenance, all costs covered by homeowner*

10. Garbage must be separated into organic and inorganic bins
