Job Overview

We from Cozzy.id, a hospitality service provider company with properties in Bali, Jakarta, Malang and Bandung, are looking for an experienced Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and increasing sales of our services in the hospitality industry. This position is based in Denpasar, Bali, Jakarta, Malang and Bandung with flexibility to work hybrid or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new prospects for hotel, villa, guesthouse owners to partner with Cozzy.id

Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients to drive repeat sales and increase loyalty.

Design and present tailored offers to meet the unique needs of each client.

Collect and analyze market data, trends, and competitive information to provide valuable insights for the sales team.

Participate in marketing activities and company events to promote our services

Achieve or exceed set sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Have a degree or diploma in Business Management, Tourism, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing in the hospitality or hotel industry including startup companies such as Reddoorz, Oyo, PMS software, villa management etc.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to attract and influence clients.

In-depth knowledge of networking, database of potential property owners, trends and market dynamics in the hospitality, hotel, villa, boarding house (kost) and other accommodation industries.

Ability to identify and leverage sales opportunities.

Sharp presentation and negotiation skills.

Dedicated, results-oriented, and able to work in a team or independently.
